## Description

TaskUs is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a department, help teammates and team leaders reach their full potential, and meet KPIs/targets consistently to deliver a high-quality customer experience to clients.

The Operations Manager will devise effective plans for teammates and team leaders to reach their targets, identify strengths and weaknesses, assign tasks that capitalize on strengths and address weaknesses, and gain the trust and respect of team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer experience operations and management roles, skills in leading and managing an operations team, a good track record of meeting and delivering targets, great verbal and written communications skills, aptitude for multi-tasking, and the ability to analyze situations and data.
