## Description

Howden Hellas, a leading multinational Insurance and Reinsurance Broker in Greece, is seeking a dynamic and driven insurance professional to join their team as an Assistant Broker.

The role involves providing comprehensive broking and administrative support within the Broking Department, contributing to the efficient handling of accounts, accurate data management, and high-quality service delivery to clients and markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance of client, risk, and policy information across all relevant systems.

- Maintaining complete, compliant, and up-to-date records and files in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Preparing renewal submissions, quotations, and related documentation for clients and insurance markets.

- Producing and managing reports to support broking, management, and operational needs.

- Assisting with insurance wordings, policy documentation, and general broking administration.

- Liaising with internal teams, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, service delivery, and timely execution of tasks.

Requirements:

- BSc in Insurance Science, Economics, or a relevant field.

- License as Insurance Broker (Certified by the BoG).

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Excellent English command (written and oral).
