## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Shreveport, Louisiana. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve remarkable progress on their rehabilitation journey.

The compensation range for this role is $37.25 - $55.00.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy

- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns

- Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery

Qualifications:

- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations

- CPR certification

- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
