## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Financial Integrations team, which focuses on building and owning integrations across Workday's Financials products. You will work closely with development teams, customers, and implementers to deliver integrations that meet customer needs.

The Financial Integrations team plays a critical role in connecting Workday Financials to the wider ecosystem our customers depend on. You will set the direction and roadmap for your integration portfolio, shape solution design, and own what you ship, including its ongoing support and improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Build and own Financials integrations, setting the direction and roadmap for your integration portfolio

- Define, prioritise, and deliver productised integrations with strategic industry partners

- Engage partners and the ecosystem through design, build, certification, and launch

- Make integration development faster and more repeatable by improving the framework and AI capabilities

- Apply AI across the integration lifecycle to generate and check field mappings, speed up build and deployment, and guide implementers through customisation

- Collaborate across Financials product teams to ensure integrations help products succeed

- Support the delivery team as a product partner to engineering, QA, and UX

- Communicate with leadership and the field, turning roadmap, delivery status, and partner readiness into clear updates

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, defining and delivering SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products or features

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience building scalable integrations between enterprise software applications and external systems

- Experience working directly with external software vendors, technology partners, or implementation partners on a shared technical deliverable

- Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and UX designers to deliver products that produce clear results for customers

Nice to have:

- Experience with corporate finance or accounting at multinational organisations

- Exposure to e-invoicing, tax compliance, or statutory reporting

- Hands-on experience with AI tooling

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $210,000 USD, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
