## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at PT Solutions in Killeen, Texas. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases.

You will receive a comprehensive six-week onboarding program called Vitals+, which introduces clinical tools and resources while providing documentation tips and tricks. Additionally, you will have access to mentorship programs, in-house ABTPRFE-accredited residency style programs to support specialty development, free in-house continuing education courses, and opportunities to publish your research.

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $78,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors, monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 in select locations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program

- Current or pending state licensure

- BLS certification

- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
