## Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech III to join our team at Reach Logistics, a Pattern company. As a Maintenance Tech III, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on various equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment

- Inspect and troubleshoot automated conveyance and sortation

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems

- Plan, schedule, and implement corrective actions

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and manage inventory

- Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders

- Conduct basic controls programming and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs

- Troubleshoot and analyze root cause for machine malfunctions

- Read and interpret schematic drawings for motor controls circuits

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment

- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and departments

- Perform safety inspections and adhere to safety protocols

- Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance

- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

- Outstanding attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule

- Ability to work independently and adapt to priority changes

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Experience with CMMS software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

- Able to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours

- Able to push/pull, bend, lift, stretch, and reach

- Must be physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs

Additional Information:

- Monday - Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm

- Job Type: Full-time
