As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and trained brand ambassador program. You will understand the target audience of Red Bull and be responsible for promoting the brand image and product functionality on your campus and in your region.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, enthuse university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand on your campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try products, as well as working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

**Responsibilities**

- Be a brand ambassador and product expert: live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing the brand exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or customers.

- Expand consumer base: invite people to try Red Bull, respond assertively to consumer inquiries, and create and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus.

- Build a solid network of contacts: establish relationships with key stakeholders.

- Promote brand engagement on social media: share authentic content.

- Work at Red Bull events: ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

- Be a sales specialist: build relationships with local customers, ensure Red Bull is available and visible to consumers, collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, and maintain perfect store execution.

- Demonstrate excellence in execution: attention to detail, regular interactions with the team, and precise reporting.

**Requirements**

- Active enrollment in a university course

- Formation from the second semester of 2028, preferably in Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda or Marketing

- Valid driver's license category B

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality

- Immersed in student life with a broad understanding of the university scene, city and region

- Highly accessible and sociable with the ability to relate to different people

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales

- Connected to various groups and influential individuals on campus
