## Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at OneHome, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans

- Administer treatment programs in accordance with the Plan of Care

- Teach patients and their families activities of daily living

- Provide training on the proper use of prosthetic devices and adaptive equipment

- Observe, record, and report patient progress and concerns to supervisors

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

- Adhere to agency policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program

- Current licensure in the State of Texas

- At least one year of experience under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist

**Schedule:**

- 40 hours per week

**Compensation:**

- Salary range: $58,400 - $80,000 per year
