## Description

We are looking for a B2B Growth Marketing specialist to focus on self-serve growth of ElevenAgents. This role involves developing and scaling primary growth channels, including paid digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, SEO, and running viral launches. As a data-driven team, you'll develop data analyses to better understand our acquisition channels and users.

The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly creative, and experimentation-driven, with extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth marketing campaigns. They should be familiar with growth channels such as SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and scale primary growth channels

- Run paid digital campaigns

- Partner with influencers

- Optimize SEO

- Launch viral campaigns

- Analyze data to understand acquisition channels and users

Requirements:

- Technical fluency

- Creativity and experimentation-driven

- Experience running and optimizing data-driven growth marketing campaigns

- Familiarity with growth channels such as SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social

Bonus:

- Founder or early-stage experience

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
