## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Equities Technology team at Equity IT, a leading provider of technology solutions for the financial industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering portfolio manager tools and AI platforms that support fundamental long/short, merger arbitrage, and index rebalancing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Translating equity investment needs into clear technical specifications for tools that support the investment lifecycle

- Overseeing the design, delivery, and integration of AI solutions into existing PM tools, research platforms, and data environments

- Building relationships with Portfolio Managers, analysts, and equities management to understand challenges and identify opportunities for new products and features

- Coordinating and prioritizing deliverables across business and technical stakeholder groups

- Leading user training, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions to drive adoption and continuously improve product fit

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least five years of experience building and launching technology products for equity investment teams

- Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing and the daily workflows of long/short Portfolio Managers and analysts

- Experience working directly with fundamental equity investment professionals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and product judgment

- Familiarity with generative AI tools and models

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities across teams and functional areas
