## Description

The Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and delivery oversight to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bring in experience of consulting delivery and client stakeholder management

- Problem understanding, proposal development with specific clients

- Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications:

- Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management

- 5+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments

- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently

- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

- Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations

- Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment

- Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience
