## Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to provide on-site cleaning support for our client in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service and a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times

- Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately

- Ensure compliance with Time & Attendance system on site

- Have a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues and Members of the Public at all times

- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties

- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times

Personal Development:

- Willingness to attend training programmes as requested

- Willingness to take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering, as per training received

Personal Impact:

- Ensure full uniform and ID badges are worn at all times

- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times

- Arrive on time for your shift

Quality Management and Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health & Safety at work

- Ensure all PPE is worn, where applicable

- Report accidents, incidents and near misses of any nature to your Line Manager immediately, or prior to end of the shift

Other:

- Support the growth of the business, where possible, by up-selling and cross-selling to the customer and by passing on potential sales leads

- Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM

- Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team
