## Description

At AppsFlyer, we're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support strategic clients in Europe and shape the future of measurement.

As a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise clients, you'll act as their trusted advisor, supporting business and technical needs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to renewals

- Proactively share product updates, insights, and best practices

- Deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos

- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams

- Lead Executive Business Reviews

- Support upsell and expansion efforts

- Be a part of the client's extended team

Requirements:

- Fluency in English

- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar

- Strong understanding of web marketing, digital advertising, and business strategy

- Technical mindset with ability to dive into APIs and campaign performance metrics

- Strong analytical skills

- Great interpersonal skills

- Self-motivation and adaptability

- Willingness to travel

Bonus Points:

- Fluency in French or other languages

- Background in mobile marketing or app analytics

- Familiarity with SDK integrations and deep linking

- Product sense or experience collaborating with product teams
