## Description

We are seeking a Patient Support Program Representative to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will provide remote guidance to patients participating in our Patient Support Program (PSP).

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide remote support and guidance to patients participating in the PSP

- Clarify treatment-related queries and ensure correct medication usage

- Promote health education and encourage treatment adherence

- Record patient interactions and information in our system, following program procedures

- Monitor program processes and activities

- Ensure high-quality patient interactions, adhering to protocols and compliance standards

- Foster a welcoming environment, contributing to a positive patient experience

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy

- Excellent communication and public interaction skills

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Interest in patient support and care

- Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual
