## Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Architect to join our team. As a Customer Success Architect, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they get the most out of our OpsRamp and HPE CloudOps Suite products.

Responsibilities:

- Work with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers

- Develop and maintain technical architectures for customer solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Work with customers to identify and prioritize business outcomes

- Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in IT operations management or a related field

- Strong understanding of ITOM/ITSM platforms

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience working with enterprise customers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience with OpsRamp and HPE CloudOps Suite products

- Certification in a relevant technical field
