## Description

We are seeking a Manager of Product Management; Innovation to join our Step Up & Verification (SUV) team at Capital One. The SUV team is responsible for providing challenge methods and tools used to verify applicants during account opening and authenticate customers during high-risk transactions.

As a Manager of Product Management; Innovation, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Authenticator/Tool Innovation. You will establish an innovation pipeline to validate cutting-edge capabilities such as biometric re-verification and mobile driver's licenses. You will partner closely with cross-functional fraud, tech, design, and risk teams to deliver high-impact, well-managed launches, and define and execute a process to graduate new proofs of concept to scaled production solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Authenticator/Tool Innovation

- Establish an innovation pipeline to validate cutting-edge capabilities

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact launches

- Define and execute a process to graduate new proofs of concept to scaled production solutions

**Requirements:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

**Salary Range:** Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
