## Description

This role supports the Chief Risk Officer in developing, implementing, and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework for the CEIC Singapore Branch.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, control functions, and risk teams to strengthen risk culture, ensure effective governance, and enable proactive risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework

- Facilitate risk appetite development and calibration

- Drive identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks

- Coordinate Operational Loss & Near Miss (OLNM) reporting and maintain risk registers on OnSpring

- Ensure effective risk governance structures

- Prepare senior leadership dashboards, reports, and presentations

- Provide oversight of Operations Level 3 Risk Registers and operational risk remediation plans

- Enhance operational risk-related templates and collaborate with Third Party Management (TPM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

- Prepare materials for Risk Forums and governance committees, contributing insights on key risks and trends

- Document meeting outcomes and track action items

- Collaborate with control functions to manage enterprise and operational risks

- Work with International Health and regional risk teams to identify control gaps and escalate risks

- Build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Promote a strong second-line risk culture and deliver risk training and communications

- Contribute to ERM enhancement initiatives and improve risk documentation, tools, and reporting frameworks

**Requirements:**

- At least 7 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or related fields, preferably in insurance or financial services

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications (CRMP, FRM, CERA, CIA) preferred
