## Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Dev Team Member III to join our team in Pune, India. As an Agile Dev Team Member III, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and possess technical skills in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Java, REST API, and Insurance Domain Knowledge.

**Responsibilities:**

- Interpret customer needs into viable solutions and provide input into system design

- Write and refine user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria

- Perform broad and detailed impact assessments relating to people, processes, and technology

- Estimate user stories using relative sizing of story points

- Support implementation activities, troubleshooting, and training as required

- Execute Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build in quality

- Analyze and make recommendations on system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing, and controls

- Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test data

- Report status of test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system

- Participate in key ceremonies to drive execution, improve flow, and ensure transparency

**Requirements:**

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Technical skills in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Java, REST API, and Insurance Domain Knowledge

- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and ability to interpret them into viable solutions

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
