## Description

We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to drive strategic workflow activities daily, providing support and expertise in producing high-quality IQVIA data assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time

- Run data quality and integrity steps across multiple production streams

- Act as the primary point of contact for production processes and resolve critical incidents and client queries

- Investigate data and systems to provide solutions

- Run impact analysis on data changes to support decision-making

- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and enhance customer satisfaction

- Help build out the Data Integrity function to support better data quality

**Principal Accountabilities:**

- Develop specialization in ensuring IQVIA data accuracy and consistency throughout its life cycle

- Coordinate with production teams to resolve data issues quickly

- Lead complex data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions

- Support the business to ensure on-time delivery to clients

- Provide pertinent information to allow investigation of data quality

- Contribute to team efforts through communication, cooperation, and coordination across IQVIA

**Requirements:**

- At least five years of experience

- Strong data knowledge and analytical skills

- Fluent in SQL and BI tools

- Knowledge of best practices for data quality checks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good data analysis skills with understanding of data management and ETL

- Relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering, or computer science-based degree
