As a Director, Film & Business Supply Chain Operations, you will lead two interconnected portfolios: the end-to-end supply chain for the global Film business and the global Business Supply Chain (BSC) Operations capability center.

You will make an impact by:

- Leading Film supply chain strategy, architecture, and performance while building and governing the operational infrastructure that enables consistent, measurable BSC performance across the enterprise.

- Leading design and optimization of global Film supply chain networks across source, make, move, and deliver.

- Setting strategic direction across multiple cross-functional and cross-divisional work groups spanning planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, quality, engineering, and BSC operations.

- Driving supply chain readiness for new product introduction, portfolio changes, and strategic growth initiatives within Film.

To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires:

- Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in global supply chain architecture, network design, operational management systems, capability center leadership, or business operations strategy.

- Skills include strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, organizational change management, SLA and standard work design, financial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to negotiate and shape significant business decisions across a matrixed global organization.

This role can be a remote role. Travel may include up to 25-35% domestic/international. Relocation may be authorized.
