## Description

We are seeking a National Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Romania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial success by leading, coaching, and developing a team of Regional Field Sales Managers, ensuring consistent execution of national sales strategies, strong regional performance, and achievement of field sales objectives across the country.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute national sales strategies and business plans in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Field Sales Managers

- Ensure consistent execution of national sales strategies and achievement of field sales objectives

- Manage and allocate field sales budgets

- Develop and implement sales tools and processes

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, and Distribution

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of FMCG experience, including leadership of large and multi-layered teams

- Demonstrated experience managing managers and driving performance through organizational leadership

- Valid driving license

- Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills

- Clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG context

- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales tools
