## Description

As a Manager of Ecommerce Strategy, you will lead strategy and consulting projects for internal teams and partner brands at Pattern. Your day-to-day will involve analysing customer, market, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities, developing recommendations, and communicating insights through clear presentations. You will partner cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept through execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and leveraging AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness.

To thrive in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, and strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred qualifications include experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles, experience in retail and ecommerce businesses, experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart Marketplace, familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
