## Description

We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. As a Chef with Sodexo, you will prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services, work in a high-volume catering environment, maintain food safety and HACCP standards, deliver consistent quality and presentation, and work as part of a supportive kitchen team.

The role is a FIFO/BIBO position from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. You will need to have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens, and strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
