## Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Private Bank branch in Torino. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the commercial performance, resources, and overall management of the branch.

**Responsibilities**

- Define and implement the branch's business plan, monitoring results, costs, and service quality.

- Achieve assigned commercial targets and develop client relationships, promoting cross-selling activities and local initiatives.

- Monitor the branch's commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate the team, allocating resources and supporting the development of competencies, performance, and professional growth.

- Ensure high-quality service, complying with regulatory requirements and operational and administrative obligations.

**Requirements**

- Experience in managing a bank branch or team, with a focus on results and service quality.

- Leadership, performance management, and people development skills.

- Knowledge of banking, financial, investment, financing, and protection products.

- Ability to understand client needs, develop relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of the local territory, economy, and dynamics, enabling the identification of commercial opportunities and long-term client relationships.

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenges.
