## Description

Prudential is seeking a Recruitment Support to join their team.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Support recruitment of industry, bank and other targeted candidates.

- Assist in candidate documentation and preparation of recruitment package.

- Work closely with agency managers to follow up recruitment cases and prepare related documents.

- Prepare regular reports to track recruitment progress.

- Monitor recruitment performance and provide updates to management.

- Support recruitment campaigns, contests and other recruitment initiatives.

- Assist in recruitment data analysis and pipeline tracking.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

- Handle ad hoc duties as required.

**Job Requirements**

- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, recruitment, sales support or financial services.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-organised, responsible and detail-minded.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
