As the Shift Manager at Relay, you will oversee sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met, support recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives, lead, motivate, and coach your team to high performance, ensure health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved, identify and act on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site.

You will thrive in this role if you have previous experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment, are a proactive leader with strong communication and team-building skills, able to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure, comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements, and have a hands-on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
