## Description

The Executive Team Leader General Merchandise and Food Sales is responsible for driving total store sales, managing a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency, and enabling efficient delivery to guests. The role involves managing Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.

Responsibilities:

- Drive total store sales and understand the role in sales growth

- Manage Food & Beverage, food services, and General Merchandise areas

- Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency

- Enable efficient delivery to guests

- Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools

- Conduct regular check-ins with team members

- Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas

- Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning

- Drive fulfillment sales

- Drive a culture centered in food safety

- Lead an efficient operation

- Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader's workload planning

- Create a guest-obsessed culture

- Know and assess the competition

- Work a flexible schedule

- Manage a consistent experience for guests

- Assess all GM and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas

- Plan, lead, and follow-up on organizational and operational change

- Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends

- Develop and coach team members

- Establish a culture of accountability

- Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Address store needs

- Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable

- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization

- Strong cognitive skills

- Learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
