## Description

We are looking for a Head of Media Sales/Sales Senior Manager to join our team at Disney Advertising Germany. As a Senior Manager Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team and developing strong relationships with agency partners.

Your main tasks will include:

- Leading a team and making strategic decisions

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners

- Focusing on growing advertising revenue across our portfolio, including linear TV, Disney+, and Connected TV

- Developing strategic customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and setting new standards in premium marketing

- Contributing to the development of your team

- Reporting to the Vice President Disney Advertising GSA and presenting at decision-maker level

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience in media sales, with a focus on moving images (TV, digital, CTV)

- At least 3 years of disciplinary leadership experience

- Proven sales track record, with a focus on revenue growth

- In-depth knowledge of the German advertising market and a strong network in media agencies and among direct customers

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions

- Strategic, creative, and partnership-oriented approach to sales
