## Description

We are seeking a Hospital Inspector to join our Care Management team. As a Hospital Inspector, you will be the eyes of the company in the hospital and the voice of the hospital in the company.

The role involves controlling medical expenses, optimising hospital stays, reviewing hospital billing, and improving the customer experience for inpatients.

Key responsibilities:

- Control of hospital census and follow-up on hospital admissions

- Review and control of hospital billing

- Improve Cigna customer experience

- Internal support for advising on hospital/centre agreements

- Control and management of medical expenses (hospitals and healthcare professionals)

- Detection of FWA (Fraud, Waste and Abuse)

- Promote electronic billing from suppliers

- Conciliation of billing differences and identification of improvements for negotiation with suppliers

Requirements:

- +3 years of experience in an insurance company or hospital administration/billing area

- Clinical experience in a hospital and nursing qualifications are desirable
