## Description

Ninja Xpress, a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Yogyakarta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping and prospecting clients in the Corporate/B2B sector within the Yogyakarta area, executing sales revenue and volume objectives, developing solid relationships with existing and new customers, and acquiring new shippers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Mapping and prospecting clients in Corporate/B2B within Yogyakarta area

- Executing meeting Sales Revenue/no of volume/no of Shipper objectives or portfolio level via retention or lapse

- Developing solid and trusting relationships and acquisition activities by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities

- Fulfilling activities assigned to the individual salesperson

- Assessing leads that are feasible to follow up and convert into opportunities

- Conducting pricing negotiations based on the assigned pricing framework

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in a commercial/sales role

- Exposure to handling clients in the F&B, Packaging, & Electronics Industry

- Target-oriented, achiever, and creative

- Excellent understanding of sales processes and actual selling

- Experience in working in a team or working as an individual contributor

- High energy and positive attitude

- Experience using CRM tools
