This role is responsible for expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations in Thailand and Vietnam, strengthening partner relationships, and improving the quality of Homes supply. The ideal Area Manager, Homes Supply has experience in the homes, hotel, or travel industry,especially online travel,and will manage accommodation partners to unlock opportunities for mutual business growth.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Leading the implementation of Homes market strategy in Thailand and Vietnam

- Leading, inspiring, coaching, and developing teams to grow our local business

- Implementing strategies with Homes partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage

- Delivering on country commercial and profitability targets

- Working with market leadership on strategic planning and establishing objectives

- Developing KPIs to drive strategic priorities

- Developing and owning relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners, and other local or regional partners

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- More than 7 years of professional experience

- Fluency in English & Thai

- Proven strong leadership skills, team leader, and team player

- Past success in mentoring and building results-oriented and solutions-focused teams

- Relevant commercial, business development, or general management experience

- Deep numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail

- Strong communications skills to articulate direction, value proposition, and recommended solutions

- A curious mindset, energized by and adapt well to changes

- Creativity and innovation

- Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic

- Experience in e-commerce, online businesses, or technology is preferred; a consulting background is a plus
