**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide top-notch customer experiences and personalized sales services.

- Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, and in-store events.

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions with product knowledge to produce large sales baskets.

**Performing Services**

- Represent CVS and partner brands, upholding high service standards.

- Provide ear-piercing services and other applicable services.

- Educate customers on product usage and features.

**Operational**

- Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.

- Participate in sales programs and events.

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked zone.

**Required Qualifications**

- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License.

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other services.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Goal-driven and able to multi-task.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience.

**Physical Requirements**

- Stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.

- Able to stoop, kneel, or crouch.

- Manual dexterity for tasks like hair styling and makeup applications.
