## Description

You're partnering with care teams to support patients across various health conditions. As a Content Producer, you'll concept and art-direct performance creative, produce it, and ensure high-quality output.

## The Role

You own the visual craft and direction of creative projects, setting the bar for quality and style. You'll work closely with strategists, designers, and editors to turn ideas into finished assets.

### Responsibilities

- Own the visual craft and direction of Weight Loss creative

- Concept performance-led ideas rooted in what works

- Produce end-to-end: plan shoots, direct talent, and steer edits

- Set the gold standard for masters that the Manila team and AI iterate from

- Partner with strategists and designers to turn ideas into finished assets

- Work at pace without compromising craft

- Help shape the studio's visual identity and creative standards

### What You'll Bring

- Strong portfolio of performance and/or brand creative

- Real production experience

- Hands-on editing/design ability

- Performance instinct and understanding of social-native creative

- Bias for output and iteration

- Comfortable directing people and collaborating with teams
