## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our HR team as an intern in Shanghai, China.

As an HR Support Intern, you will assist the HR Business Partner team in completing talent development and training projects (60% of work). You will also participate in company culture construction and employee relations projects, including multimedia content production and promotion (20% of work). Additionally, you will support business departments in system operation and file management (10% of work). You will also provide assistance to other HR team members (10% of work).

Responsibilities:

- Assist HR Business Partner team in talent development and training projects

- Participate in company culture construction and employee relations projects

- Support business departments in system operation and file management

- Provide assistance to other HR team members

Requirements:

- 2027 graduate

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

- Able to work efficiently and effectively

- Available to work at least three days a week for 3-6 months

- English language skills
