**Key Responsibilities:**

- Minimal 8 years of experience on SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) module.

- Proven experience on S/4HANA EAM.

- Knowledge about integration with other modules like Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Finance, procurement.

- Deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes like Request Maintenance, Work Order planning & Execution, Preventive Maintenance (i.e. time-based / performance based), Calibration, Refurbishment.

- Experience with Data Migration/Harmonization/Cleansing of Plant Maintenance Objects.

- Experience with Global Technical Object structures.

- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) EAM.

- Experience with SAP EAM Cloud tools (i.e. SAP APM, Asset Manager).

- Experience with Assets EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) processes.

- Experience with Handover for Engineering to Maintenance processes.

**Requirements:**

- Substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting / contracting roles.

- Good communication and proactive attitude.

- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.

- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

- Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
