## Description

As a Cafe Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for running a welcoming and vibrant cafe. You will report directly to the Store Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding service, maintain high stock availability, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Putting customers first and empowering your team to deliver friendly, attentive service

- Leading and supporting your team, managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development

- Driving performance and standards, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against operational and sales targets

- Keeping operations running smoothly, planning resources, and building strong working relationships with other store departments

To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment. You should be able to lead with confidence, build strong, supportive teams, listen and adapt, keep a firm grip on the basics, and step up as Manager in Charge when needed.
