## Description

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.

You will work in a high-performance culture with a clear purpose, collaborating with peers and leaders alike to deliver an incredible experience for customers every day. Your role will involve working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

- Work within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required

- Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality

- Follow all standard operating procedures and report any concerns related to product condition or integrity

- Support traceability through accurate record-keeping and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

Requirements:

- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- May be required to help out in other departments as needed

- Willing to get hands dirty to get a task completed

- Adapt to change quickly

- Extremely detail-oriented

- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
