## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Gloucester Eastgate. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 16:00-20:00

- Tuesday: 16:00-20:00

- Wednesday: 16:00-20:00

- Christmas only: Up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas
