## Description

Hims & Hers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their strategic finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for category P&L management, maintaining financial models and revenue forecasts, and supporting ad-hoc strategic finance decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines

- Act as a trusted advisor to category directors on cross-functional teams

- Develop and present business leaders with current information, analysis, and insights

- Own customer lifetime value models and be the subject matter expert on unit economics

- Construct and manage frameworks to evaluate initiatives

- Regularly build Excel models from scratch to solve business problems

- Partner with cross-functional teams to set, manage, and optimize pricing

- Define KPIs, develop scorecards, and build automated reporting

- Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors

- Participate in budget preparation and review

- Leverage AI tools to build efficient processes

Requirements:

- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles

- Ability to manipulate large datasets

- Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask

- Ambitious self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing work environment

Nice to Have:

- CFA or CPA

- Experience in technology/consumer investment banking or at a high-growth start-up/company

- Experience with online subscription businesses and lifetime value concepts
