## Description

As a National Key Account Manager eCommerce at Red Bull Japan, you will drive eCommerce strategy and growth, lead key accounts, ensure commercial and operational excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop team members.

**Responsibilities:**

- Execute Red Bull's global and local eCommerce vision across various platforms

- Build and lead strong relationships with key eCommerce partners and buyers

- Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and flawless execution across online platforms

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated plans

- Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG, grocery, or online retail

- 2+ years of eCommerce experience with strong understanding of online shopper behavior

- Proven ability to drive commercial results with major online platforms

- People management experience

- Business-fluent Japanese and English

- Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
