## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduate candidates for the EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Sales Path at Salesforce. This 12-month program is designed to give graduates exposure to both sales and solution engineering. As a graduate, you will be assigned experienced Sales Development Buddys and Solution Engineer Buddies who will provide hands-on coaching and involve you in live deals.

Responsibilities:

- Learn Salesforce’s best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies

- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation

- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level

- Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations

Requirements:

- 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree)

- Fluent in English & Swedish

- Creative problem-solver

- Relationship builder with a growth mindset

- Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning

- Excellent interpersonal skills
