## Description

Join our International Customer Service Team in a long-term role with responsibility across international markets. You will manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for your markets, acting as a central interface to internal and external stakeholders.

This is not a typical customer service role. It combines O2C responsibility, export expertise, and supply chain coordination in a broad position with high impact.

At our Elsbethen location, you will manage your markets with a high degree of autonomy, ensure a stable goods flow, and drive process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize the end-to-end O2C process for assigned international markets, including order processing, transportation planning, and export compliance

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including subsidiaries, distributors, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal teams

- Ensure seamless product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities in your markets

- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements and digitalization

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain environments, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry

- University degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant work experience

- Fluent English; German is an advantage

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
