Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Prestatyn store. This physically demanding, high-intensity role keeps stores running smoothly, focusing on stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Working across the store where needed, adapting to retail demands

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player, supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to changing priorities, such as early morning deliveries and late stock shifts

The ideal candidate is digitally confident, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be prepared to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and potentially up to full-time hours during peak periods.

**Working Hours:**

- Monday: 12:00-19:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 11:00-18:00

**Additional Shifts:** Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Requirements:**

- Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with health and safety legislation
