## Description

This is a manager role within the IQVIA Global Health Economics and HTA team with a focus on health technology assessment (HTA) and strategic offerings.

The successful candidate will be involved in shaping and leading the team and offerings, working closely with the wider senior leadership team and centres of excellence across the global network.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing business development and client relationships

- Managing HTA project strategy and direction, with a particular emphasis on UK HTA processes and requirements

- Managing the project delivery team on a range of projects, including dossier development and submission support for UK HTA agencies

- Involvement in mediating, negotiating, and problem-solving within and outside of the immediate project team

- Training and identifying opportunities for more junior members of the team to support their career development as HTA specialists

The ideal candidate will have a good mix of academic and professional experience, domain experience, and interpersonal skills, including:

- Postgraduate degree level education or higher from a relevant discipline

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in preparing evidence submissions aligned to HTA processes and requirements within the UK and/or Europe

- Demonstrable commercial awareness and thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry

- Project management experience, including managing multidisciplinary teams

- Strategic thinking and attention to detail
