## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Glasgow Fort, a busy store location where customers come to recharge.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the café runs smoothly, especially during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high food safety standards

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders efficiently using our tools

- Working effectively under pressure to meet customer demands

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

In this role, you'll be a brand ambassador, making recommendations and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

**Please note that due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**

The work pattern for this role is:

- Sunday: 15:00 - 19:00

- Monday: 12:00 - 16:00

- Wednesday: 12:00 - 16:00

- Thursday: 12:00 - 16:00
