## Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, Debit Customer Experiences to lead our Retail Bank Product Space. You will be responsible for creating a winning debit customer experience across the customer journey.

**Key Areas of Expertise:**

- Human Centered: Obsess over internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

- Business Focused: Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

- Technology Driven: Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions

- Integrated Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

- Transformational Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

**Responsibilities:**

- Work closely with teams to understand business drivers and context

- Partner with Design on UX/customer needs research

- Collaborate with tech teams on well-managed delivery

- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience

- At least 3 years of People Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience coming out of Fintech or Big Tech Corporations

- 4+ years of experience in People Management

**Salary Range:** McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 Philadelphia, PA: $245,100 - $279,800 Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800
