## Description

GovTech is seeking a talented Lead / Senior Product Designer to join the BizSG team, responsible for designing user-centric digital products and services that streamline government-to-business (G2B) interactions in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to understand business needs, pain points, and user behaviors.

- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and iterate on designs.

- Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.

- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or UI design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
