## Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to their doorsteps. You will be the face of Sainsbury's at every delivery, providing a thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering groceries to customers on time and in great condition using a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van

- Completing checks to ensure the van is roadworthy, clean, and organised

- Following planned routes and driving safely in various locations and conditions

- Communicating with customers, including keeping them informed of any delays or changes to their order

- Moving containers weighing up to 15kg and delivering shopping to various properties

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points

- Right to Work eligibility in the UK

- Friendly and welcoming demeanour with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers

- Ability to drive a larger vehicle safely in different locations

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

- Ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make safe decisions
