## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist Product Manager for its Test & Learn product, an analytic platform used by large organisations to make multi-million-dollar decisions.

As a member of the Business Experimentation Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop product strategy derived from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities

- Translate a deep understanding of users into an actionable roadmap

- Leverage user research, market research, sales/marketing expertise, and usage data to inform priorities

- Own end-to-end feature development

- Identify and prioritise problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to inform future decisions

- Work as part of a cross-functional product team to bring ideas to life

- Define how and where AI technology enhances the measurement and optimisation of business initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role, or equivalent

- Experience building with AI or using AI to enhance an existing software application

- Broad strategic thinking skills, adept in translating product vision/strategy into an actionable roadmap

- Creative problem-solver, able to balance competing needs and prioritise thoughtfully

- Strong professional presence, excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Corporate Security Responsibility:

- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices

- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed

- Report any suspected information security violation or breach

- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
