## Description

We are seeking a Country Marketing Associate to support the delivery of country-specific marketing activities for Capital Group's Financial Intermediary business in Hong Kong, with support for Taiwan and China (QDII) markets where required.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Marketing Managers and the wider Asia marketing team to execute product and brand campaigns, client events, bilingual marketing materials, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the execution and coordination of product and brand campaigns across the FIT HK marketing calendar

- Coordinating with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaign assets on time and on budget

- Ensuring localized campaign assets follow Capital Group brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements

- Providing logistical support for client events

- Proofreading marketing materials and coordinating printing and production

- Supporting digital marketing efforts, including building and reviewing campaign webpages, eDMs, and social media posts

- Maintaining marketing operations, including sourcing and coordinating branded premiums, managing inventory, and submitting invoices

- Contributing to ad hoc marketing initiatives and strategic projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in asset management, wealth management, or financial services

- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese, with strong proofreading skills

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple workstreams

- Social media and digital savvy, with confidence using AI tools and Microsoft Office

- Awareness of Hong Kong's regulatory requirements for fund marketing is an advantage
